The Schwerin Chamber of Crafts runs a large vocational training and technology centre dedicated to vocational education and training and the promotion of innovation for SMEs. The chamber is responsible for vocational training, conducting examinations and developing further training regulations. It has extensive experience particularly in the field of training young people with learning difficulties and supporting SMEs in innovation processes. The training centre offers practical courses, for example in new technologies or to prepare for master craftsman’s exams, and conducts needs-oriented further training. In addition, the chamber supports SMEs in digitalisation by providing advice and implementing best practices in its own training workshops. By working closely with industry, the chamber sustainably promotes the qualification of skilled workers and technology transfer in the region.
Satakunta University of applied Sciences

Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK) is a university of applied sciences with around 6,300 students and specialises in the fields of construction, digitalisation, and energy and environmental technology. SAMK actively promotes cooperation between companies and research through technology transfer, work-based learning and innovation projects. The university develops practice-oriented curricula and innovative learning methods, particularly in digital education. SAMK is strongly involved in international cooperation and conducts best-practice analyses on the digitalisation of the construction industry. Dr. Sirpa Sandelin and Dr. Ari-Pekka Kainu lead the project work and have extensive international experience in teaching and research.
Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is a non-governmental organisation representing over 1,000 companies in Latvia. It promotes entrepreneurial interests and offers comprehensive business development services, including professional development and advice for SMEs. With 7 regional offices, the chamber provides continuous training and advice, supported by a training centre for courses, seminars and workshops. LCCI is experienced in implementing international projects for professional development and digitalisation, particularly through close cooperation with political and public institutions. The chamber uses its extensive networks to incorporate local needs into projects and to transfer results sustainably.

The University of Applied Sciences 21 specialises in dual study programmes and works closely with medium-sized companies, particularly in the Elbe-Weser area and the Hamburg metropolitan region. It combines teaching, research and practical relevance by involving students in research projects. The university works closely with companies in the construction industry and develops practice-oriented curricula for this cooperation. Prof. Dr. Sabine Zippel and Prof. Dr. Karsten Ley are two of the leading professors with extensive experience in the fields of architecture, management and urban development.

Hungarian association of Craftmens’s corporations

IPOSZ, the largest association for small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary, represents 40,000 SMEs with around 200,000 employees and 6,000 apprentices. The association offers further training, advice and services such as financial and credit information, with a particular focus on the construction industry and digitalisation. IPOSZ actively supports the digital transformation of companies through practice-oriented training, particularly in the construction industry, and promotes digital communication and project management. Thanks to its strong national and international network, IPOSZ contributes to the development of SMEs and technological innovations.

The Chamber of Crafts and Small Business in Katowice is a major economic organisation in Poland, with over 8,000 member companies and 44 associations. It is responsible for vocational education and training, conducting exams and developing further training programmes. With its extensive training centre, the chamber offers courses in 64 occupations and is active in various national and international projects. The chamber brings extensive experience in the development and implementation of qualification measures and uses its strong network in politics and administration to effectively implement projects and disseminate the results widely.
